SETTLEMENT:
 The event will settle as per the announcement of the playing 11 after the toss. So: 
 1. The event will settle at YES if the specified player is part of the announced playing 11.
 2. The event will settle at NO if the specified player is not a part of the announced playing 11.
 3. In case of playing 11 being announced and then the match being abandoned due to any reason, the event will settle according to the announced playing 11.
 4. In case of Impact player: If the player is in the initial starting 11, the event will settle at YES, else NO. If a player is later subbed in as an impact player, their event will still settle at NO after the initial Playing 11 is declared because of their initial exclusion.
