Tamil Nadu Premier League 2025 Schedule Venue
The 9th season of the Tamil Nadu Premier League, or TNPL 2025, is scheduled to kick off on June 5, with the final taking place on Sunday, July 6. Throughout the season, a total of 32 matches will be played among teams in a round-robin format.
The tournament begins with a match between Dindigul Dragons and Lyca Kovai Kings. Both teams have previously encountered in the TNPL 2024 final, and Dindigul Dragons emerged as the champions. This will be the opportunity for Lyca Kovai to start the tournament with a win over the defending champion.
Tamil Nadu Premier League Venue 2025
TNPL 2025 will be played across four prominent venues of Tamil Nadu, and the SNR College Cricket Ground, Coimbatore, will host the inaugural match on June 5, Thursday. All four venues of TNPL are:

The Tamil Nadu Premier League 2024 concluded with Dindigul Dragons winning their first-ever title. The tournament was held from July 5 to August 4, and the final took place at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Dindigul Dragons beat Lyca Kovai Kings by six wickets in the final. Ravichandran Ashwin helped the team win with his bowling and a 52-run knock.
Tamil Nadu Premier League 2023
Lyca Kovai Kings clinched their second TNPL title in 2023 with a commanding 104-run victory over Nellai Royal Kings in the final held on July 12 at the Indian Cement Company Ground in Tirunelveli. Batting first, Lyca posted a formidable total of 205/5, thanks to half-centuries from J Suresh Kumar (57), U Mukilesh (51*), and Atheeq Ur Rahman (50).
In response, Nellai Royal Kings were bowled out for 101 runs in 15 overs, with standout bowling performances from Jhatavedh Subramanyan (4/21) and captain Shahrukh Khan (3/16).
Tamil Nadu Premier League 2021
The 2021 TNPL season saw Chepauk Super Gillies secure their third title by defeating Ruby Trichy Warriors by 8 runs. The final was closely contested on August 15 at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Chepauk posted a total of 183/6, with Narayan Jagadeesan contributing significantly. In reply, Ruby Trichy Warriors managed 175/7, falling just short of the target.
