Lanka Premier League 2025 Schedule – LPL 2025
The Lanka Premier League or LPL 2025 is set to start on July 1, 2025, and the final is scheduled for August 11, 2025. The sixth edition of Lanka Premier League (LPL) will follow double round-robin format, similar to the IPL, featuring five competing teams. Matches will be held across three prominent venues in Sri Lanka: Colombo, Pallekele, and Dambulla.

Jaffna Kings won the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2024 title by defeating Galle Marvels by 9 wickets in a dominant performance. In the final played on 21 July 2024 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Jaffna Kings chased down a target of 185 in just 15.4 overs set by Galle Marvels.
This victory marked their fourth LPL title, reiterating their status as the most successful franchise in the history of the tournament. Riding on a blistering unbeaten 80 off 35 balls by Avishka Fernando and a rapid 40 from Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Jaffna Kings again recreate history.
